1. Job openings - you can look inside the job description of your potential end users to find the tech stack
2. On the profile of your prospects on LinkedIn
3. Use tools: On LinkedIn Sales Nav you have a technology filter, data tools that can share the tech stack - not a big fan because I'm not sure it's accurate
4. Interviews or content created - I found the tech stack of my prospect in some interviews

1. Builtwith https://builtwith.com/
If it's not, here're other ways:
